Individual Teacher Services
Mentoring
Single sessions and School-year packages available. We talk about your successes and frustrations. We problem-solve to find the next best course of action to help you and your students.
60 min session (first session is free) - $90
10 sessions of 60 mins - $800
Observation with Feedback
Observation w/Feedback available by video or in-person. I observe or view your recording and take notes. Teacher determines what my focus is. Feedback session is a mentoring session where we talk about how class went, that day’s successes and frustrations, and problem-solve some ways to improve on the frustrations.
Observation and feedback time - $90 per hour
Travel billed separately if outside 50 mile radius.
School District and Music Group Services
Mentoring
Districts and Music Associations can contract for individual mentoring sessions as described in Individual Teacher Services.
Group Mentoring Workshop
Group session up to 40 attendees. Teachers are led through an empowering exercise of self-evaluation, brainstorming, and small-group collaboration. Goal is to leave with a next best step for improving teacher efficacy and student success.
PLC Startup
Group session for like-area teachers to figure out PLC groups, goals, data collection and records. We will tie this to the TPEP process. Goal is to leave with small PLC groups in place.
Costs dependent on place, time and number of attendees.
